Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams gave the people of Ghana a positive message about the country's future during the National Prayers and Thanksgiving Service. After being summoned by the MC to pray for His Excellency, John Dramani Mahama, he presented his optimistic outlook for Ghana as one of the event's esteemed guest speakers. Ghana's economy was about to undergo a major shift, according to Archbishop Duncan Williams, who also reassured the populace that they would not be let down as long as God's powerful hand continued to rule the nation. He made it clear that those who wanted to see the country and President John Dramani Mahama's current administration fall would fail. The Archbishop then called on other religious leaders to conduct stirring prayers for the President.
"We have good things ahead of us. Ghana will prosper again as we come together in faith and purpose. The President's government will prosper and we will succeed. During his prayers, Archbishop Duncan Williams confidently declared, "Under His Excellency, John Dramani Mahama's leadership, this blessing is certain to manifest and will continue beyond his term." His hope for the future of the nation was further disseminated on Facebook when a video of his motivational speech was posted.
