Alabaster International Ministry founder and leader Prophet Kofi Oduro has sent a powerful warning to Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the New Patriotic Party (NPP). The outspoken pastor asked the NPP to stand back, go home, and carefully consider their choices and actions in a speech to his church on Sunday.
Prophet Oduro claims that God has shown them that, contrary to what they had previously thought, he is a messenger bearing the truth and not their enemy. He recalled how NPP members had seen him as an enemy and accused him of having ties to the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) throughout the previous eight years. The prophet feels vindicated by recent events, which he views as proof of the truth he has often expressed, despite the criticism and personal insults he has received for his outspoken criticism of the administration.
They ignored the truth I was teaching them, labeled me an enemy, and accused me of backing the opposition for eight years,"* Prophet Oduro said. However, God has now demonstrated to them that I am not their adversary. They should return home, take stock, and look for new guidance.
The statement elicits discussions about leadership and accountability inside the NPP at a critical juncture. A well-known figure in Ghana for a long time, Prophet Kofi Oduro is renowned for taking a bold stance while dealing with social and political concerns. His sermons, in his capacity as the leader of Alabaster International Ministry, focus on morality, the teachings of Christ, and the significance of speaking truth to power. Although many people admire his audacity, some have criticized him for being excessively abrasive in his remarks. Prophet Oduro, however, is unwavering in his purpose and continues to motivate countless Ghanaians to strive for truthfulness, morality, and constructive change.
