Shatta Wale, a dancehall artist, has revealed that he would always rather play at an event in Wasa than Norway. He will continue to perform locally for the straightforward reason that there isn't enough unanimity in the entertainment industry to charge for events based on an artist's value outside the nation. When Shatta Wale said this, he was on Angel FM in Kumasi.
For this reason, I will always prefer to play in Wasa over a place like Norway. He declared, "I will always choose to serve the people that made me because there is no unity in the industry and therefore no unified way to charge." Speaking on the prohibition on celebrity endorsements of alcoholic beverages, Shatta Wale said he has stood up for the industry long enough to be treated disrespectfully, and he will not stand up for the course just to have the same people treat him disrespectfully later.
