Following the recall of results in Nsawam Adoagyiri, Obuasi East, Tema Central, and Ahafo Ano North, the NPP has been proclaimed the winner of four of nine parliamentary seats.
The EC proclaimed Nsawam Adoagyiri of the NPP the victor. After reflection, the NPP proclaimed Frank Annoh-Dompreh Obuasi East the winner, Patrick Boakye Yiadom the winner of Tema Central, Charles Forson the winner of Ahafo Ano North, and Eric Nana Agyemang the victor.
After the results were recalled on Saturday, December 21, 2024, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) won two of the nine parliamentary seats that were still up for grabs. After the Electoral Commission (EC) reexamined the results because of concerns about inconsistencies in the initial counts, Frank Annoh-Dompreh of the NPP was formally declared the winner of the Nsawam Adoagyiri constituency, and Patrick Boakye Yiadom secured the Obuasi East seat. Annoh-Dompreh's win in Nsawam Adoagyiri was confirmed following the EC's resolution of several issues brought up by his rivals, especially those from the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Annoh-Dompreh thanked the residents of Nsawam Adoagyiri for their steadfast support in spite of the difficulties. "I am appreciative of Nsawam Adoagyiri's residents' ongoing assistance. He said, "I'm excited to serve the constituency and collaborate with all stakeholders to advance our development agenda. Patrick Boakye Yiadom defeated Samuel Aboagye of the NDC by just nine votes in the Obuasi East constituency, receiving 18,558 votes to Aboagye's 18,549. Adjei Owusu, an independent, garnered 424 votes.

These announcements come after the High Court ordered the EC to re-collect results for a number of constituencies, including Nsawam-Adoagyiri and Ablekuma North, even though the winners had already been announced. When the House meets again in January 2025, Annoh-Dompreh and Boakye Yiadom will both be able to represent their respective constituencies in Parliament. Political emotions are still high as the remembrance process for the remaining constituencies continues, and different parties are closely observing the results.
