Due to a public insult, veteran Nollywood actor and filmmaker Kanayo O. Kanayo unfollowed his colleague Yul Edochie on social media. According to the Saturday Telegraph, Yul had publicly disparaged Kanayo after he recently appeared on his show with his older brother, Linc Edochie.
The host, Kanayo, asked Linc about Yul's contentious marriage to Judy Austin during the interview. Linc responded to the query by telling Yul to remove his marriage from social media. In a widely shared Instagram post, Yul criticized Linc and called Kanayo "Stupid" in response to the interview.
Kanayo's Instagram page was inundated with internet users alerting him to Yul's offensive remarks. In a covert Instagram response to Yul's post, Kanayo unfollowed him. On Saturday, a check of his profile revealed that Yul's name was absent from his list of followers.
