Since joining the Turkish champions on a season-long loan from Napoli, Victor Osimhen has made an impression, and Galatasaray is apparently planning a permanent deal for the striker. With four goals and four assists in nine games, including the game-winning goal against Besiktas, Osimhen rapidly established himself at RAMS Park. In order to permanently secure the Nigerian, Gala is willing to smash their transfer record and make Napoli an offer of €50 million, according to Turkish publication Sozcu. Even though he is already a fan favorite, Team Talk refuted the news report that the club's sources said was "fake news" with no chance of happening.

We'll examine three reasons why Osimhen is unable to join Galatasaray.
1. Dream of the Premier League Premier League team After failing to come to an agreement on personal terms, Chelsea made one more try to sign the Super Eagles player before the summer transfer window ended. Arsenal is apparently keeping an eye on the issue, and the Blues are still interested. According to reports, Osimhen aspires to play football in the top division in England. His best chance of realizing the desire is to find a job in January or, at the latest, next summer, as he will turn 26 in December.
2. The fees for Galatasaray and Napoli are different. In the summer of 2023, Osimhen signed a new contract with Napoli that included a £113 million release clause. This amount ultimately proved to be a barrier to his desired transfer last summer, as interest clubs refused to pay.
Before going on loan to Galatasaray, he extended his contract by one year. A fresh release clause of €75 million was added, but the Turkish champions are only expected to offer a third of that, which the Neapolitans would undoubtedly reject.
3. Requests for salaries Osimhen reportedly earns €12.82 million a year, or €246,538 a week, at Napoli. The Turkish team told the public that they would pay the former Lille striker €115,000 a week, which is significantly less than his current grade. The Lions may or may not increase their offer. Al-Ahli may return for the Nigerian in the summer, as he offers a more attractive pay offer of more than €500,000 per week in Saudi Arabia.
