A new family member has arrived, and Ghanaian boxer Freezy MacBones, better known off the ring as Seth Gyimah, is rejoicing. On social media, the UK-based boxer and his French partner, Helen Defrance, announced the happy news of their recent newborn boy's arrival in Paris.
In a touching Instagram post, Freezy shared lovely pictures of the infant and his pleased parents along with the baby's name, Quincy, according to YEN. In the first few slides, infant Quincy was shown sleeping soundly while covered in a blanket. In other photos, Freezy was smiling with Helen while holding the infant in a hospital bed. The statement gained emotional depth with a brief video of the pair kissing and a picture of Freezy staring at Quincy. After taking home a bronze in sailing from the 2016 Olympics, Helen Defrance has gone on to become a sports nutritionist. As the two continue to express their love and support for one another, her relationship with Freezy has enthralled onlookers.
Freezy wrote in the caption of his photo, "Quincy 25/11/2024📍Paris, our beautiful angel 😇 welcome future champ," expressing his happiness at being a father once more. Freezy, who already has a daughter, hinted that he hopes the infant would pursue a career in sports by calling Quincy a “future champ”. Fans and friends flooded the boxer's comment area with congratulations as soon as the news got viral. The musician Eno Barony wrote, "Welcome, young prince 💙," while Ghanaian singer Sista Afia commented, "Aww Congratulations 😍." Fans and other athletes expressed their admiration for the occasion, calling it inspirational and touching.
This achievement coincides with Freezy's continued ascent in the boxing world, where he is respected for his skill and tenacity. The boxer, who is well-known for his inspirational tale and modest origins, has added another chapter to his incredible career with his most recent accomplishment.
