Renowned Ghanaian prophet Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah has sent a strong message to Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, a prominent member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), in the wake of the recent presidential elections. His comments follow the defeat of NPP presidential candidate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia by John Dramani Mahama of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Rev. Owusu Bempah urged Kennedy Agyapong to be involved in politics in spite of the current political environment while speaking during a church service. It is not advisable for Hon. Kennedy Agyapong to leave politics. In response to rumors that Agyapong would leave politics, he urged, "If he is considering stepping away, someone should advise
God has a big plan for Agyapong's future in Ghanaian politics, the prophet continued. "He only needs to pray to God for health and longevity. I've observed that he will eventually be elected president of Ghana. All he needs to do is keep on the correct course. This is because God has shown it to me, not merely because a lot of Ghanaians back him," Rev. Bempah said. He added that he was shown this prophecy prior to the NPP's primaries, where Kennedy Agyapong ran for the party's leadership. Rev.
