Sam Nartey George recently stated in an interview with Metro TV GH that they must defend it at all costs because over 69 percent of the special votes went directly to John Mahama.

In his own words.

Please don't go to bed or assume that just because it's in the armory, you are going home to sleep. Vigilance must begin today, and the armory will be staffed around-the-clock. Don't interfere with police work, but be there to ensure that nothing leaves or enters until those boxes are removed following the election. We will break the seals on December 7th and then make sure that the ballots cast by the electoral commission employees and security services are correct.
Look, I have witnessed President John Mahama secure 68.45 percent of the special voting yesterday, which is similar to a land slide, and I am confident in the exit surveys we conducted with the security services. Sam Nartey George stated, "We must protect it, nobody must reach it, especially the presidential one, please. We have to be very vigilant you know to ensure that things don't go the other way round." The 68.45 percent vote, or nearly 69 percent of all the special votes, went directly for President Mahama.
On their official Instagram page, Metro TV GH posted the video of the interview today, Tuesday, December 3, 2024, and it sparked a lot of emotions from the public. The video can be viewed by clicking the link below.
