May, the estranged wife of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, has revealed why she turned down lucrative offers and compensation from producers and directors for Nollywood film parts. In an interview with Nigerian comedian Ayo Makun, often known as AY, on his podcast, May Edochie revealed this information.
She claims that despite being a jack of all trades, she has been declining movie jobs for the past three years and that she does not want to be an actress. "Omoni said she doesn't know how I am going to do it, and I can't tell her no," she exclaimed. I informed her that I had landed movie and script jobs for the previous three years, and that people were eager to give me enticing sums of money. "You are aware that I have turned down every call from filmmakers, producers, and some of my old acquaintances.
"I stated that I had no interest in becoming an actress or actor. I am aware that I am a multi-talented individual who can do many different things well. If I put my mind to it, I can accomplish a lot of things. On social media, May's disclosure has sparked comments, with many people saying that she turned down the film jobs because she didn't want anyone to believe she was dealing with her estranged husband, Yul Edochie.
