The occasion, which will be held in Accra's famous Black Star Square, is expected to be a landmark occasion for Ghana. At a press briefing on January 5, 2025, Transition Team Co-Spokesperson Felix Kwakye Ofosu gave comprehensive details about the logistics, seating arrangements, and security procedures.

Members of parliament, high-ranking dignitaries, and important stakeholders will be seated here. Zone 2: Public Displays In order to protect participants, Zone 2, which is open to the public, will be subject to strict security protocols. Large LED panels that provide visitors with a good view of the proceedings will be erected to improve the experience.
Zone 3: Section for Media This space will be occupied by accredited journalists and furnished with contemporary amenities to facilitate live reporting and coverage. Media professionals will be able to effectively record the day's activities thanks to special accommodations. Black Star Square is likely to see thousands of people congregate, thus parking and traffic patterns have been planned to minimize municipal inconveniences. Important points consist of:
On January 7, a number of important roadways, including Castle Road, Osu Cemetery Traffic Light, 28th February Road, and Starlet 91 Road, will be temporarily blocked to normal traffic. There are designated parking areas for attendees, such as the Access Bank Car Park, the State House Forecourt, and the rear of the Independence Arch.
