Following his divorce, he described how he had no one to confide in but God. When I ended my marriage, I was dealing with a lot of problems. I lost my dad and went into bankruptcy in my marriage. The only person I could talk to about my problems was my maker.
He went on: "I visited my sister in London. I had to relocate to the USA for a meeting when I arrived, but I was turned down. I had to return to Ghana because I was having a lot of problems. In order to return to Ghana, I requested a refund of my ticket, but they insisted that I pay for it instead. Obaa Yaa entered the picture as a result. Salinko mentioned that he was in the conversation stage with three different women, including Lydia Arthur, his present wife.
Three different women and I were discussing the possibility of dating. While looking through my phone one day, I discovered that my marriage to Nancy had ended and that she had departed without comprehending the hardships I had endured. "After seeing my current wife's contact information, I asked a friend to get in touch on my behalf," he continued. It always made me feel better to talk to her about how I was feeling. I recall telling her how I felt while we were planned a date. That's how it started. A year was spent in a talking stage.
Salinko married Lydia Arthur in a private wedding at Accra's Ascension Methodist Church on November 9, 2024. Matilda Asare, Don Little, Big Akwes, and other Kumawood celebs were among the guests that joined the actor in celebrating. Piesie Esther, a well-known gospel singer, also attended the event and enthralled the audience with her dynamic performance.
