Renowned Ghanaian businessman, philanthropist, and real estate developer Nana Kwame Bediako is also called Freedom Jacob Caesar. He is the founder and chairman of the Kwarleyz Group, a conglomerate with a focus on real estate, finance, and property management in West Africa. He was born in Kumasi, Ghana, on February 13, 1980. He is also in charge of large-scale development initiatives including Wonda World Estate and the ambitious Petronia City, a 2,000-acre city intended to serve as a significant regional economic center, according to a report by Yen News.
Early in life, Bediako developed an entrepreneurial mentality. His mother reared him in Kumasi, and his wealthy father later educated him, which gave him a sharp business acumen. Following his education in the UK at Accra Academy, Apam Senior High School, and Waltham Forest College, Bediako went on to pursue a variety of companies, such as telecommunications, scrap metal dealing, and poultry farming. However, his most notable business endeavor has been in real estate, where he has spearheaded a number of well-known developments.

In Accra and surrounding areas, Bediako has built more than 500 residential units under the Kwarleyz Group. Among his noteworthy buildings are opulent residences like the Kwarleyz Apartments and No. 1 Oxford Street. Bediako has also contributed to the Petronia City project, which intends to develop into a significant economic center in West Africa with industries including mining, oil, gas, and education. Bediako is a prosperous businessman with an estimated net worth of $1.2 billion. He is well-known for his remarkable collection of luxury vehicles and real estate, which includes a $7 million residence in Bel Air, Los Angeles.
In addition to having four children together, Bediako is married to Ruby Bediako, his longtime companion. As he prepares for Ghana's 2024 presidential elections, Bediako is in a position to impact both the political and corporate spheres by promoting meaningful change through his New Force Movement.
