The legendary Ghanaian musician Appiah Dankwah, often known as Appietus, has stated that his biggest fear is former President John Mahama's return. He claimed that he is actively advocating for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's election as president because he fears Mahama's return. "If elected again, Mahama will only be in office for four years, so we can't use losing an election to scare him when he does something we don't like," he suggested.
"I have to campaign for Bawumia to win and carry on the good work because I'm afraid that she will lose and Mahama will become our president once more." In an interview with Cape Coast's Property FM, he informed the host, "Mahama has only four years to serve, so it's very frightening for him to come again because we can't do anything to him if he comes and doesn't perform." "The last days are dangerous analogy that makes me afraid is that we will be worse off if Mahama wins because it is frightening to think of Mahama's return."
