In a recent interview, John Dumelo, the NDC's parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon, stated that they have learned from their opponents' mistakes and are capitalizing on them.

In his own words.
"Everything is going well, and we are certain that we will win in the end. As you are aware, we have made amends for the mistakes we committed in 2016. By the end of the day on December 7, which is just a few days away, we will have triumphed since we have observed the opponent's mistakes and are capitalizing on them. We have put in a lot of effort to get here, we have fulfilled all of our obligations, and we are confident that everything will work out well.
"We are ready for this election; the previous time I brought about peace, there will be complete peace this time. We will do everything in our power to ensure that the election is peaceful. I am confident that the noble people of Ghana will pursue their goals of reform, advancement, and growth. John Dumelo stated, "I'm sure that the people won't want to go back to that because the NPP administration took us backward and did a lot of harm to the good people of Ghana."
