The Amanfi Central Constituency, in collaboration with the Parliamentary candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Western Region, Madam Joana Gyan Cudjoe, also known as Obaa Naa, is set to host a 24-hour Economy Walk. This event demonstrates the constituency's unwavering commitment to securing victory in the 2024 general election.

The walk, scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2024, will commence at Ohenekrom, pass through Sika Nti, and conclude at Kwakuaboa, covering key areas within the constituency. The organizers have set an ambitious target of attracting 6,000 party supporters to join this significant event, highlighting the widespread backing for the NDC in the Amanfi Central Constituency.

Designed to not only rally support for the NDC but also to promote a healthy lifestyle, the 24-hour Economy Walk is expected to be a vibrant and energetic gathering. Party members will walk together in unity, fostering a spirit of solidarity and a shared purpose. This initiative also aims to strengthen relationships among party members and the community at large, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and motivation.

Beyond its focus on health and fitness, the walk will serve as a platform for political engagement. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss campaign strategies, exchange ideas, and engage with fellow supporters. NDC representatives will also take this moment to promote their candidate, Joana Gyan Cudjo, and the party's presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama. Flyers will be distributed to emphasize Mahama's position on the ballot as number eight and Joana Gyan Cudjo's position as number two.

Additionally, the event will be used to communicate the NDC's policies and vision for the nation, highlighting the transformative plans they intend to implement if voted back into power on December 7th. This initiative aims to reinforce the party's message and strengthen its appeal among the electorate in Amanfi Central.

The NDC in the Amanfi Central Constituency has been consistently working towards a win in the 2024 elections, and this 24-hour Economy Walk is just one of the many strategic activities planned to raise awareness and build momentum for the party.

Supporters and party faithful are urged to turn out in large numbers to participate in this event, demonstrating their dedication to the NDC's cause. This walk represents a crucial step towards securing a decisive victory for the party in the upcoming elections.
