A man who has not been named is said to have survived seven (7) gunshot wounds to his body without getting any scratches.

The police officers sent to settle a dispute in Wenchi yesterday shot the young man who is said to have charms that neutralize gunfire, yet he survived.

Eight prisoners were freed from police custody after an unidentified youngster in the Bono Region's Wenchi Municipality attacked Municipal Police Commander DSP Nana Boakye Yiadom, seriously injuring him.

The police station was also severely damaged by the group's vandalism.

An unnamed source within the Wenchi police revealed that the event happened Tuesday morning after DSP Yiadom went to the Tohaba area, a Wenchi suburb, to make an arrest.

It has been stated that the commander arrested the suspect's pregnant wife and took her to the police station after discovering the culprit was missing.

The young person was so incensed by the pregnant woman's imprisonment that they broke into the police station to release her. They got into an altercation with cops after breaking in.

There were no recorded injuries or fatalities during the altercation, despite the police purportedly managing to fire some shots at the offenders.

The young man is seen in a video on X with other people who were impressed by how effective his charm was. They were filming the gunshot holes in his shirt to make sure he was unharmed.
