A social media video that has gone viral shows the moment two suspected trumu-trumu men were apprehended in the act.

Reports around the video claim that a mob of Tamale youths attacked the two young guys because they were suspected of engaging in gay behavior.

Members of the community allegedly tipped off authorities about the two's purported sexual orientation, leading to their arrest and harsh beating.


The teens who had captured the men had severely beaten them, as can be seen in the video.

They are repeatedly slapped as the video is being recorded.
