Businessman Henry Fitz of Ghana has been taken into custody by the Ghana Police Service.

Henry Fitz is being held at the Accra Regional Police Headquarters after reportedly being apprehended.

Serwaa Amihere's case and various associated issues are connected to his arrest.

Fitz is one of three people accused of non-consensually spreading the footage of Serwaa Amihere.

Sexual extortion, conspiracy to commit a crime, and violations of the Cybersecurity Act are among the accusations made against him.

When someone demanded a ransom of GHS 5,000, which was eventually raised to GHS 20,000, Serwaa Amihere was extorted. Fitz's arrest resulted from the footage being leaked even after he paid the ransom.
