Ghana's future is not suitable for Vice President Bawumia's leadership, according to a former aide.
Former vice president Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's aide Rosemond Obeng has harshly criticized his management style and questioned his capacity to guide Ghana. Working closely with Dr. Bawumia, Obeng expressed grave worries about his capabilities to lead a nation of more than 32 million people, claiming that he lacked the skills needed to handle Ghana's urgent problems.
GHOne's State of Affairs reports that Obeng voiced skepticism on Dr. Bawumia's capacity for leadership in an interview. She questioned how he handled management and problem-solving, pointing out that he had found it difficult to guide even small groups under his direction. “Who is he when it comes to leadership?” she questioned, stressing that he would not be able to lead the country if he could not handle problems within his immediate circle or lead a small team. She continued by asking, "How then can he lead the whole country?"
Obeng also expressed dissatisfaction at the ongoing belief by certain Ghanaians in Dr. Bawumia's capacity to lead. She declared that "Ghana will not be safe under his leadership," warning that the difficulties of managing the nation would probably overrun his leadership.
She clarified her intention to make sure Ghanaians make an informed decision in the forthcoming 2024 elections, which is why she publicly criticized Dr. Bawumia. Obeng emphasized, "I can't remain silent when it matters most, and I need Ghanaians to make an informed choice," urging strong leadership to steer the country in the right direction.
