In just four years, Ghana cannot be reset, according to Speaker of the House of Representatives Alban Sumana Bagbin.
In order to guarantee the best outcome for the Ghanaian people, the National Democratic Congress and its members will need to assist.
According to him, the Ghanaian people have shown their affection for the political party by overwhelmingly endorsing it, and now is the moment for the party to make sure that the people experience the transformation they promised.
Speaking to the NDC Professionals Forum, Alban Sumana Bagbin disclosed this.
"The overwhelming majority we currently hold in the upcoming parliament not only shows how much the Ghanaians trust the party, but it also highlights how much they want change, progress, and the party's pledge to reset Ghana—and Ghana needs to reset.
We cannot simply achieve it in four years, and it is up to us all to be responsible for our actions and words. I implore the Pro Forum to continue to play a crucial role in the future NDC government as we enter this new era.
As we collaborate to revitalize our economy, governance, and institutions—especially the judiciary—your professionalism, insights, and capacity to rally support to reset Ghana will be crucial. Whether you are granted space or not, he said, you must take advantage of it.
