According to private attorney Martin Kpebu, he was humbled to be part of the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) team.

He promised that they would not let the public down.

I'm humbled by the appointment. Now that we have been pontificating, they say, "Come and do the work." I was told not to accept this appointment, but I'm hoping it works out. He stated, "We are optimistic and will not disappoint you," on Saturday, December 21's Key Points on TV3.

Mr Raymond Archer – Investigative Journalist
The team ORAL on Friday, December 20 announced that it had received the full dossier on the National Service ghost names scandal.

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa announced this on his X page.

“We are extremely grateful to The Fourth Estate and the Media Foundation for West Africa for the presentation and their exceptional patriotism. Together, we shall reset Ghana and recover all loot,” he wrote on his X page.
