The throngs of National Democratic Congress (NDC) supporters assembled at Black Star Square, also called Independence Square, were speechless as Mr. Ibrahim Mahama, the younger brother of Ghana's incoming president, arrived.

Social media users shared a video of the business magnate's arrival to Independence Square.

As he and his entourage exited the white coaster bus, the crowd, which had come from far and near to witness President Mahama's investiture, couldn't help but cheer.

Ibrahim's attendance at the inauguration was anticipated since it was a momentous occasion for his family, but many were surprised by his mode of transportation given the collection of high-end vehicles he owned.
