President of Policy Think Tank IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe will not wait for power to be handed over to John Dramani Mahama before he starts to recover all loot.

In a series of social media posts, he demanded accountability from the communications minister, Ursula Owusu.

Franklin Cudjoe is very particular about KELNIGVG, which he believes was forced on the people of Ghana by the Communications Minister. Ghanaian history books

The Policy Think Tank President is expecting reports of the work done by KELNIGVG for Ghana, after which he says the minister must let him know how to recover the money the government has had to lose.

“My dearest Ursula, can you share with me a single report showing telcom companies had stolen revenues due the state? I noticed that the company ( KELNIGVG you forced on us to check the so-called revenue theft has received close to $126m ( A little over GHS 2bn) for no work done. This is based on your agreement to pay KelniGVG $1.5 m a month from 2018 until 2028!

Please let us not make a spectacle of this simple matter. Just let me know how to recover the money and then perhaps we could consider discussing the terms of your solitary confinement if at all necessary.”
