In a vibrant kente cloth, Sam Okudzeto Ablakwa, the North Tongu member of parliament, arrived at Black Star Square for President-elect John Dramani Mahama's historic inauguration.

Under the Fourth Republic, John Mahama will be the sixth president of Ghana.
However, John Dramani Mahama is running for a second term after losing the 2016 election.
The 66-year-old Mahama is anticipated to address prevalent issues such as popular dissatisfaction, high unemployment, inflation, and corruption.
