According to a divine figure known as Prophet Mensah, Ghanaian musician Sarkodie must apologize unconditionally to President Mahama or face the curse of poverty.
Following a recent remark on his Instagram page that was purportedly addressed against the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sarkodie made this move.
Sarkodie remarked, "It feels like we never left the gari soakings."
The rapper's comment, which was perceived by social media users as a response to President John Mahama's return to office, was made by a known supporter of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In public, he ought to apologize to Mahama. He will face acute poverty over the following four years if he doesn't comply. Anything Sarkotie touches or strives for, I shall destroy. He said, "I have already begun the process," in a video that was posted on X.
Prophet Mensah says that if someone allows their pride to rule them, God will always send someone to bring them down. "Sarkodie will be the one to share gari with his family," he continued.
Prophet Mensah warned the rapper to be careful with his words and set a seven-day deadline for Sarkodie to apologize to Ghanaians and President Mahama.
