There have been a lot of comments on the internet to a video that went viral showing social media star Twene Jonas claiming ownership of his vehicle after being pulled over by police. When police asked the outspoken Ghanaian, who was well-known for disparaging African governments, about the car, he was put in an awkward position.
Jonas tells the authorities that the automobile is not his, and he looks uncomfortable in the video. Given his reputation for being brash and his claims to lead an opulent lifestyle overseas, many were taken aback by this unexpected answer. Others defended him on social media by pointing out that people frequently drive automobiles that are not in their names, while others made fun of him by claiming he exaggerates his wealth.
The incident has fueled debates about Twene Jonas’ real financial status. While he is known for flaunting wealth and luxury, this situation has led some to question whether his online persona truly reflects his reality.
Despite the buzz, Jonas has yet to make an official statement on the matter. However, the video continues to trend, adding to the ongoing conversations about social media influencers and authenticity.
