A serious crash occurred at Gomoa Otsew on the Winneba-Cape Coast highway, involving three vehicles: a Sprinter Benz bus, a Honda Pilot 4×4, and a Kia truck carrying pineapples. The accident happened when the Honda Pilot tried to overtake the truck but collided head-on with the bus. Two people are feared dead, and many others were injured.

been more patient while overtaking. The injured were taken to Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital for treatment. Authorities are working to clear the damaged vehicles to ease traffic.
