Mr. Newornu is a young man born on the 14th of February 1988, which most will say is the reason behind his heart full of love and compassion for the needy.
From a family of five (5) he grew up on an average compound house with his family and other co-tenants. His passion for education was his motivation while he rose through the educational lather till he obtained a BSC in Computer Science.
After Senior High school and during his tertiary education years, he spent his spare time as a part time I.C.T teacher in different basic schools. This went a long way to help shape his interpersonal skills, communication skills and his love for the activities of the basic school level.
Mr. Joshua Kwesi Newornu is currently the Head of MCR and musical contents at CTV, a member of the class media Group and also the CEO of First Hype Multimedia. He also serves as the Chief Operations Officer of New Touch Creatives, a production agency which specializes in all forms of animations and graphic works.
Some roles he has played in the media space includes,
*Production head and the Master Control Room head at Osagyefo television
*Head of MCR and Technical head at Anidaso Television
*Technical consultant for Citizen TV.
We can say that Mr. Newornu is actually making his mark in the media fraternity. Even though he tries to stay away from the camera and the front light, his amazing productions works for the GOME awards, Ghana Youth Excellence Awards, Miss kiddie and Miss Teen Queen Ghana pageants as well as the amazing works during the coverage of the Prampram Homowo Festival Durbar can’t be over emphasized.
His marvelous Directing and Switching abilities makes his a sort after personnel, which is the reason why is he currently the number one Switcher and director for the prestigious Envision Africa media Hub.
Mr. Joshua Newornu is currently up with an amazing initiative to reward basic school kids and teachers while he raises funds to support brilliant but needy students who face dropping out of school after the BECE due to inability to meet the requirements in the Senior High school.
