Alhassan Abdul Latif, widely known as Commander Latif, who is in charge of operations at the National Democratic Congress (NDC) headquarters, has called for calm among the party's youth following John Dramani Mahama’s inauguration as President.

Addressing party loyalists in a video, Commander Latif acknowledged the high emotions and expectations surrounding the event but urged members, especially the youth, to remain united and focused on the party's vision.

He emphasized that the hard work has just begun and that the NDC's success relies on the collective efforts of all supporters to deliver on its promises.

Commander Latif also reassured party members that concerns raised during the elections and post-inauguration period will be addressed in due course.

He encouraged the youth to trust the leadership and work towards strengthening the party’s structures for future victories.
