Founder of Liberal Party of Ghana Percival Kofi Akpaloo has refuted claims by Onua Fm’s Captain Smart that he owes him big time .

Speaking to Fiifi Kingdom fm ,the outspoken revealed he never taken any money from Captain Smart hence the allegations are false.

According to Kofi Akpaloo, Captain Smart has been paid to defame him but he is not bothered .

“Captain Smart does not have money, so how can I borrow from him” he said .

Kofi Akpaloo further mentioned he has no issues with Captain Smart and his shocked about his recent allegations against him.
