According to a video shared today on Twitter by CITI FM, Koforidua, a town in Ghana's Eastern Region, has been devastated by the devastating news of a doctor who committed suicide, leaving behind a heartbreaking note for his family.

According to intimate family sources, the doctor, a well-known member of the community, told his wife right before the tragedy, leaving her with the heartfelt words, "Take care of our three children. "We'll meet."

The doctor, known for his dedication to his career and sympathetic demeanor, reportedly suffered from stress, which people close to him believe may have influenced his choice.

According to sources, he was under strain from both his rigorous medical work and personal issues, which may have caused him to feel overwhelmed.

Family friends said the doctor's wife was extremely moved by his parting message, describing him as a caring father and husband.

"He cared deeply for his children. "His words have shocked us all," a close family friend said.

His message has raised awareness of the hidden emotional challenges that many people may be facing silently, yet appearing strong to those around them.

In response to the tragedy, mental health activists in the Koforidua community are advising people to be aware of indications of mental illness in others.

"This tragedy highlights the need of supporting one another, particularly those in difficult jobs. "Mental health is just as important as physical health," explained a local psychologist.

Local health officials in Koforidua have also conveyed their sympathies to the family, with medical colleagues mourning the death of a cherished member of their profession.

Fellow doctors and friends have rallied around his family, promising to help his wife and children during this tough time.
