Following his receipt of the Most Impactful MP award at the Advocate for Fair Legal Access Ghana (AFLAG) ceremony in Accra, Honorable Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the Member of Parliament for North Tongu, recently posted an inspirational moment on social media. Hon. Ablakwa congratulated his fellow recipients and praised his accomplishment in a message on his official X page, which was formerly known as Twitter.
This year, the AFLAG awards, a well-known occasion in Ghana, honored 20 outstanding people and organizations for their commitment to humanity. Those who have made important contributions in a variety of fields were among the distinguished recipients. Rev. Dr. Joyce Rosalind Aryee was recognized as a Humanitarian Heroine, and Hon. Akosua Frema Osei-Opare was given a Lifetime Achievement Award. For his outstanding achievements, philanthropist Mr. Eric Seddy Kutortse was also honored.
Mrs. Femi Asante, who was honored as a Human Rights Defender, and Dr. Vincent Acorlor, who was given the Healthcare Hero award, were two other noteworthy recipients. As a Faith-Based Philanthropist, Rev. Dr. Nanayaa Tina Owusu-Prempeh was honored, and Mr. Ernest Adomako, a politician, was also acknowledged. Among the esteemed individuals recognized was former Speaker Aaron Mike Oquaye of Odade3.
Hon. Ablakwa wrote in his passionate remark, "I am most humbled to receive The Most Impactful MP Award," expressing appreciation and humility. AFLAG, thank you. Many people on social media agreed that he was deserving of this recognition and urged him to continue his significant contributions to the North Tongu community.
