A chop bar operator was slain during a suspected robbery in Anloga Dornorgbor, Volta Region.

The incident occurred throughout the night in the Anloga District.

Dorcas Korkor Tetteh, 60, was discovered dead on the floor of her room on Saturday morning, December 28, 2024, with marks all over her body.

According to information acquired, the armed robbers attacked and killed the chop bar operator at night.

According to Joseph Kpattah, Presiding Member of the Anloga District Assembly, the dead, Dorcas Korkor Tetteh, 60, returned from church service last Friday night.

He stated that when her staff arrived on Saturday morning, they discovered that the metal bars in her windows had been removed, while the windows and doors had been left open.

When I entered her room, I discovered her lifeless on the floor, with marks all over her body.

A report was filed with the police, and the body was sent to the morgue for additional processing while investigations continue.
