In Akosombo, Nana Asamoah Yeboah Afari, the founder of the Royal Senchi Hotel & Resort, passed away.

According to reports, he died in a hospital in Accra after being taken ill on Monday.

The cause of death is currently unknown. His passing has shocked the Akwamu Traditional region, where he served as the Sub Chief. In Ghana's tourism and hospitality industry, Nana Asamoah Yeboah Afari is renowned and hailed as a pioneer.
