According to Mustapha Gbande, the National Democratic Congress's (NDC) deputy general secretary, Kissi Agyebeng, Ghana's special prosecutor, was on the verge of being killed.
Mustapha Gbande claimed that he would have been killed by now if Kissi Agyebeng's car hadn't been bulletproof.
"Do you know that quite recently the special prosecutor was almost assassinated?" he said in an exclusive interview on the Onua FM show YɛnNsɛmpa. I'm not sure who did that.
"He was almost killed, but that is a discussion for another day," he repeated, "but because his car was bulletproof, Nana Addo appointed him in this government they could not protect him."
He went on to say that the nation could have been developed with just the money that the Akufo-Addo administration took. "So, I am saying that the money that they have taken alone can develop this country, and they use the inflated prices that they have taken as a sinking measure," he continued.
