According to GHOne TV, Kwame Asante, a famous businessman in Kumasi, was allegedly taken in broad daylight by a group of armed, hooded individuals.

They were shouting commands and pointing firearms at him. Within seconds, he was pulled out and pushed into their vehicle. It all happened so quickly, and there was nothing we could do."
