Lydia Alhassan danced on stage during the NPP's final 'Possibilities' rally.
At the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) last rally, their MPs were introduced one by one onstage.

They demonstrated their dance abilities in front of an applauding audience as they strutted from backstage to the front.

Popular MPs including Ursula Owusu, Henry Quartey, Bernard Okoe-Boye, and Lydia Seyram Alhassan took turns showing their moves, much to the delight of the audience.

However, following the NPP's crushing setback in the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections, in which many of their MPs lost their seats, numerous netizens have flooded social media with joyful messages.

Lydia Alhassan, who lost her seat to NDC candidate John Dumelo, saw her renowned dance at the NPP's final rally go viral following her defeat.

In the viral video, she was seen dancing passionately, bending down with style, and doing what appears to be the popular Ghanaian 'Gbohe' dance.

She "boogied down" on stage while wearing a T-shirt, a white skirt, and sneakers, to the cheers of the audience.

Interestingly, the video did not receive much notice during the rally, but it has since gone viral following the NPP's loss in the 2024 general elections.
