A lot of sad news has been reported around the country. Another update from GhOne TV confirmed the abrupt death of an elderly man in Ghana's Eastern Region, caused by a catastrophic explosion. According to GHOne TV, the tragic news occurred in Ghana's Eastern Region at a location known as Fanteakwa. The man who was proven dead was approximately 70 years old. According to the article, the elderly guy was named as John Tetteh. John Tetteh was well-known among farmers in Ghana's Eastern Region (Fanteakwa). He perished during a blasting operation by contractors working on one of Ghana's major roadways.
"A seventy (70) year old farmer, identified as John Tetteh has been killed during a blasting by contractors working on the Accra -Kumasi highway bypass Fanteakwa, In the Eastern Region of Ghana" . - A statement from GhOne TV has been confirmed.
We must be extremely cautious in this country. This is not the first time that blasting or explosions during road building have resulted in the deaths of persons. To preserve lives, property, and resources, it is critical that we understand when and how to blow. A similar incident occurred recently in the Central Region Kasoa at a location known as Buduburam.
