Colleague singer Medikal has received accolades from Ghanaian dancehall artist Shatta Wale for his friendship and commitment.

On December 26, 2024, Shatta Wale, who was playing at Medikal's Beyond Kontrol performance, gave the artist thanks for sticking by him during his difficult period.

Additionally, Shatta Wale clarified that he would stand behind Medikal during his difficulties.

"People want us to argue and cause miscommunications, but I went to jail with you, and I won't abandon you. I would be by your side. And if any rapper tries to kill you, I'll kill them," he declared.

In response, Medikal commended the "Ayoo" hitmaker for his forthcoming Jamaican concert and thanked him for his friendship and support.

"Charlie I want to say this: you should all support Shatta Wale as well since he is traveling to Jamaica to meet musician Vybz Kartel," he continued.

Medikal's annual "Beyond Kontrol" concert took place at Ghud Park on December 26, 2024.

Medikal's hit tunes delighted the euphoric audience at the event, which drew large audiences.
