The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) holds its penultimate rally today, Thursday, December 5, ahead of Saturday's general elections, drawing a large throng to Zurak Park in Madina, Greater Accra Region.

This is the party's final opportunity to appeal to Ghanaians for their mandate to return to power on December 7.

The gathering is being led by John Mahama, the NDC's 2024 election candidate and former President. National executives, regional leaders, and other notable party members are also slated to address the audience.

In anticipation of the event, shopkeepers at the venue have taken advantage of the massive crowd by selling party merchandise to eager supporters.
