Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka, the Member of Parliament for Asawase, has cautioned Ghana's youth, especially his voters, against endangering their future by committing crimes on election day in order to help any politician, including himself, win a political victory.
The former Minority Chief Whip told young people at a campaign rally in his district that it is not worth the danger to give up their lives for a politician. "Avoid following me and ruining your future; don't follow others and ruin yours either.
Never allow someone to use GH₵50 or GH₵100 to persuade you to commit a crime that could endanger your future.
I implore you to be careful with your life today because you never know what God has in store for you later.Avoid engaging in any illegal activity to assist someone in becoming a president or member of parliament.
