Presidential aide and social media communication member of the New Patriotic Party, Justice A. Newton-Offei has expressed deep thoughts following his visit to the Jubilee House today. He highlighted the temporary quality of political power and its basis in the people's will, who, in his view, hold the ultimate power to bestow or revoke it.

"Political power is, in fact, fleeting," Newton-Offei remarked, noting that many leaders frequently overlook that their time in office is "held on borrowed time." He expressed sorrow over humanity's inability to learn from the past, emphasizing the repeated cycle of hubris and poor administration by those in positions of power.

Justice Newton-Offei also supported President Akufo Addo, portraying him as a capable leader who sincerely strived for the nation but was betrayed by certain signs he relied on.

"Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is a decent individual who sincerely tried his utmost, yet a few individuals he relied on let him down," he stated, offering a complex critique of the government's difficulties.

Newton-Offei ended with a heartfelt statement regarding the evolving political scene in Ghana, emphasizing that the "die is cast" and the citizens have taken back their authority. Encouraging modesty, Newton emphasized contemplation, urging leaders to be humble and accountable for their community.
