Ahead of the 2024 elections, Madam Jane Mensa, the chairman of the Electoral Commission, has received a warning from the youth of the Ashanti region National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Obuasi.

According to them, if Jean Mensa makes a mistake in the 2024 elections, they are going to use her meat for chichinga.

"EC we are giving you a warning about the things that you are sitting down and doing if you have prepared, we have more than you," the Ashanti region NDC youths in Obuasi said in a self-recorded video.

"We've prepared thoroughly, so we can't help you with the things you're doing while you sit there. We'll all proclaim the elections. "The electoral commission, you will see that we are prepared seriously if you make a mistake because we will use your meat for Chichinga," they brazenly stated. They went on to say, "We have already declared that the NDC is the only party in Ghana and that we have already taken the seat. We will declare ourselves on December 7."
