Percival Kofi Akpaloo is a Ghanaian politician. He is the flagbearer of the Liberal Party of Ghana.

In 2011, Kofi Akpaloo funded the Independent People's Party and contested in the 2012 general elections but won no seats.

In 2016, he was disqualified by the Electoral Commission to contest in the general elections which he contested in court and lost.

The IPP party was dissolved in March 2017 and then birthed the Liberal Party of Ghana, LPG with Kofi Akpaloo as the flagbearer and Margaret Obrian Sarfo as running mate.

During his manifesto launch on September 21, 2024 in Ho, Kofi Akpaloo unveiled Elizabeth Sam as his running mate.
