You could have roller coasters, live entertainment, animal enclosures (i.e. a mini zoo where you could indulge your fondness for wild animals and make honest good money at the same time) and open restaurants. I have visited Tivoli Gardens a few times during trips to Denmark. You really should consider this idea Boss and adapt it to Ghana. Check out Tivoli Gardens in Denmark on YouTube etc.
