They're feuding over positions because your leadership has failed to communicate to them about the importance of fighting the battle to the very end. If you were doing job well, you would not be standing before the public and crying about what your members are doing, you would rather have by now had a regional call with all party leaders and members, reminding that victory isn't theirs just because they hear the government isn't performing well. Victory has to be earned, and it's earned by working smart and tirelessly without taking the opponent for granted. Remind your members that the the party wants to win the election to serve the nation, and the interest of the nation must come first. Any member who truly cares about the nation will not be jockeying for positions at this point. The time to allot positions will come when the fight has accomplished the desired goal. Communicate with your members behind the closed doors, and not by making noise through the media.
