If he is sincere with himself, he should have known that Mahama's era dumsor was a culmination of the failures of previous governments to tackle the energy crisis that bedeviled the country since the 1980s. So Mahama inherited an unfortunate situation that he didn't create. Unlike Mahama, Nana Addo inherited a country free from dumsor, because the generation capacity which was the major problem had been solved by the Mahama government. Even the grounds were laid for the financial challenges to also be overcome with the introduction of ESLA, which Nana Addo collateralized for loans which were misused. But we know that Prof Adei will not have the courage to say it as it is. His conscience will judge him
