Ampem-Darko, the NPP-USA Deputy Communications Director and a native of the Western North Region has donated heavily to support the campaign and election of NPP Parliamentary candidates for the Juaboso, Bodi, and Wiawso constituencies.

The donation, worth over GH¢300,000, included campaign logistics and an undisclosed cash amount.

The colourful event, which took place at the Juaboso Party office on December 2, 2024, was well attended by party faithful who were highly energized by the support they received and exhibited their readiness to turn the constituencies blue for the NPP.

This is not the first time Ampem-Darko has shown genuine commitment to helping the NPP's quest to win more seats in the Western North Region.

It will be recalled that in 2016, he supported the Akontombra constituency with campaign logistics and cash, which led to the NPP winning the seat for the first time, with Hon. Alex Tetteh becoming MP.

During the 2020 elections, he donated 10 motorbikes, 2,000 T-shirts, and 4 cars, including an NPP-branded Mercedes Sprinter bus, to the Western North Regional Campaign. Moreover, Ampem-Darko was very instrumental in maintaining the Wiawso seat for the NPP when a member of the party contested as an independent candidate against the NPP.

"My goal is to see Dr. Bawumia win the 2024 election and to see Dr. Alex Ampaabeng, Mr. Nicholas Andoh, and Mr. Festus Bumakama Agyapong as MPs come December 7, for the NPP government to continue the legacy and generational development plan for Ghana with the Bold Solutions," said Mr. Ampem-Darko.

Ampem-Darko was accompanied by the NPP-USA bigwigs led by Madam Obaa Yaa Frimpong, NPP-USA Chairperson; James Owusu, 1st Vice Chairman; Dr. Akwasi Acheampong, Bawumia Diaspora Campaign Chairman; Seth Gyamfi, Michigan Chapter Chairman; Emmanuel Mensah, NPP-USA Deputy Secretary; and Mr. Fish, the NPP-USA Global Medical Coordinator.

Aboagye Gyedu, the CEO of Valco, who doubled as the former Western North Regional Minister and MP for Bibiani Anwiaso Bekwai Constituency, also made cash donations to the three Parliamentary candidates to augment their campaigns.

Dr. Alex Ampaabeng, on behalf of all the PCs, expressed their profound gratitude and thanked Ampem-Darko and the NPP-USA team for their support at this crucial stretch towards the finishing line of the elections.

He assured that come December 7, Dr. Bawumia and all the PCs will be elected President and Members of Parliament, respectively.
