I can’t be silenced with lawsuits under Akufo-Addo – Kwame A Plus fires back

Controversial musician and member of the New Patriotic Party, Kwame A Plus has said that attempts to prevent him from seeking accountability from government appointees will fall flat as he is lacing his boots to go a notch higher.

According to him, Ghana is under the administration of a man who believes in freedom of speech and has fought all his life to ensure that the fundamental human rights of Ghanaians are respected and therefore will not sit and watch his appointees gag people from seeking accountability from them.

Kwame A Plus made this known in a Facebook live stream which was monitored by MyNewsGh.Com.

He noted that most Ghanaians are cowards and that he and some select few who have the courage to demand accountability will not be scared by moves by appointees to silence them with the court.

He said he has never asked government to take anyone to the moon but rather what he seeks is the ability to question the people he and Ghanaians have voted into power.

“We are demanding basic things and we are demanding our rights to question what goes on in government. We want to be free to question the people that we put in power because denying the people their right to free speech can be compared to pushing large volumes of gasses into small spaces and it will definitely explode and you don’t want to know the consequences.”
